In addition, Olga Kovtun is a volunteer for the project Creative Society (www.creativesociety.com) – a global project run by volunteers from more than 140 countries with a goal to find out, how do we envision a Creative Society where everyone is happy and lives a fulfilled life in all spheres of lives. This project is an answer to the consumerism format of the society we live in right now, it is based on 8 Foundations of A Creative Society.
During an informational stage of the project, Olga co-hosts Live Conversations on Creative Society TV, connecting people around the globe with one goal to have a better society for all of us to enjoy. A society where everything is done for people, not against, a society that is united by love and not separated by fear. We strongly support creative cooperation between different people across the planet, regardless of their place of residence, social, national, political, or religious affiliation.
1)Please share about yourself….what makes you uniquely you?
Ans. I think every human is so individual, has their own life experiences and that is what makes us all unique. I believe that my personal uniqueness comes from the ability and willingness to always learn not just about my profession, but about the world! I know that I know nothing, but I also know that I know more today than I knew yesterday!
2) As an entrepreneur how has been your journey? Please share some insights, learning, ups and downs and some lessons which helped you to grow your business!
Ans. I have been a freelance graphic and web designer for the past 15 years, most of my clients come as referrals. I have also worked in the corporate world and now run my own business, where I empower coaches and speakers through visual online branding! I believe that each of us has potential, we just need to match that to the online world we share with each other now!
3) What is the secret behind your leadership. You are an achiever and a leader in your field. Can you share a few ladder steps you have taken which helped you to become a leader? This can be helpful to women who want to achieve their dreams.
Ans. The secret is very easy – it is taking action, always learning, applying the knowledge. If we do not take action and personal responsibility, who will?
4) What is your vision and dream now?
Ans. My vision is for each person on planet earth to live in a thriving society, where we do not have hunger, poverty, human trafficking, where each human life is the highest value and we all are able to use our abilities and talents to benefit our global society! 5) Please share a message with the Womenlines audience. I want every woman to recognize that we all have inner spark and power inside of us to make this world a better place and that by uniting our potential we can reach new heights and make sure that each life is protected as one’s own!
